Well the new season is upon us and its suddenly looking rosy for Argyle. A new start under new manager Ian Holloway; who seems to have turned the club around again. Argyle have almost completed their pre-season beating
Tiverton 4-0 (Summerfield, Kouo-Doumbe, Zebroski, Mason)
Grays Athletic 3-0 (Chadwick 3)
FC Gratkorn 5-1 (Ebanks-Blake 2, Reid, Aljofree, Ebad)
and losing to Real Madrid 0-1

There are still games against Yeovil Town (H) and Bristol Rovers (A) to come but its looking good for the start of the season for Ollie's Army.

Pulis v Luggy

Well its that time, when Paul Sturrock comes back to Home Park as a manager..but with Sheffield Wednesday. Argyle, under Tony pulis look a far better organised side and could pinch the points off Luggy. Luggy will always be a Legend in Argyle fans hearts but we must now move forward with Tony Pulis..lets get behind our lads and hope that Luggy goes home poinless tomorow.

Who will it be

Well the ever changing names being floated around the vacant managerial position at Home Park is getting tedious now and my shortlist of names do not fill me with inspiration!

1. Tony Pulis, a journeyman who resorts to teh Hoofball and non-football playing game..its huff and puff and nothing to see from it

2. John Gregory, has a disciplinary file as thick as the Yellow Pages..erm No thanks

3. Lennie Lawrence, see Pulis, long ball player..not interested

4. Terry Butcher, Now this fills me with more confidence..a good manager, will we get him?

5. Paul Sturrock, has to be for me..the man is a winner and will keep us solvent in this league.

6. Trevor Francis, good manager but will he come here?? Left us for Forest as a player!!

Maybe the perfect choice for the Hot seat at Home Park would be this fella....

Kidding lads.......
